In January, Docler Holding started using TÉR, a performance evaluation system. In two of our companies – Premier Services and DuoDecad Kft. - this program has been active for a while now. Its goal is to provide employees with regular feedback on their performance against expectations. The administrative team developed this procedure taking into account the experiences of Premier Services and DuoDecad. Self and managerial evaluations are presented quarterly according to previous defined categories. During evaluations results, behavior, and motivation are examined. The program started in January and the first evaluations will be delivered in March.
