The Docler Group is under a rapid growth, which also means that we continuously look for talented recruits and workforce for various interesting positions. In order to present our achievements and to illustrate the open career opportunities we participated in four significant job fairs of the recent period. We introduced ourselves by opening a stand and delivering lectures at the fairs organized by the Budapest University of Technology and the Corvinus University of Economics. We opened an eye-catching virtual stand at the two online job fairs organized by the job portals Profession and Monster.
October has been the month of job fairs. At the University of Technology and at the Corvinus University of Economics we presented our colorful group at our stand. At the uniform Docler stand, interested visitors could obtain information regarding the activities and mission of our companies as well as the actual, open positions. At the University of Technology we were contacted by students, fresh graduates or graduated inquirers from the IT or Building Engineer faculties; while at the Corvinus University mainly the positions requiring knowledge in economics, marketing or finance were in focus. From the interested visitors we received over a hundred of CVs at each stand, and the number of incoming CVs has significantly increased following the fairs, as well.
The bit more unusual, online job fair also proved efficient in combining the job inquirers with the opportunities provided by our group. Thousands have registered with the online forum. In the chat we received over 250 specific questions relating to the advertised positions.
Our successful presentation and the interest in our advertised positions are supported by the fact that some of the job fair inquirers have already occupied their desks in the Docler Office Building. The recruitment of further potential employees is still in progress, some of the applicants are already waiting for the job interview.
