half a hundred Docler employees participated in the autumn blood donation,
where our colleagues saved the life of 150 persons with the assistance of the
National Blood Transfusion Service. In this period of the year there is
particular need for help due to the decreasing number of blood donors, and thus
filling up the blood inventories is more difficult.
These charitable acts are
also needed due to the holiday season and the accidents caused by the cold,
often extreme weather. The domestic blood supply requires 430 thousand units of
blood. Simultaneously with the blood donation we also collected donations for
the Children Clinic No. II of the Semmelweis University.
